There are lots of diet myths out there, but this one is especially sneaking. It comes back again, and again, and again, some somehow we always end up falling for it. This is the myth that one food or one food group is the source of all of our problems. It's sounds silly when you say it like that, but that's exactly the idea behind so many diet fads. The low-fat, low-carb, gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free crazes all based on it. So why is this myth so pervasive? And why do we keep getting sucked in?
