7 HEALTHY Foods I ALWAYS Have on Hand!

A lot of the foods I eat change throughout the year depending on what's in season and what sounds good to me at the time, but there are some healthy food staples that I always have on hand. These are the foods that are incorporated into a lot of my meals because they provide great flavor or that can be used as a main ingredient in healthy meals or snacks.
