Ever wonder what a dietitian or nutritionist buys at the grocery store? Today, I'm showing you! In this video I'm showing you my healthy grocery haul from this week's shopping trip! This grocery haul is on the smaller side for me, but it will give you an idea of some of the items that I like to purchase.
