/Lots of people are interested in food, including me, but can an interest in food go too far and become something that's unhealthy? Yes! We have so many messages about food coming at us all the time including promotions for diets and lots of entertainment centered around food and cooking. With all of that, it can sometimes seem like it's perfectly fine or even healthy to be thinking about food all of the time. The truth is though, it isn't healthy at all. Being obsessed with food or preoccupied with food is a real thing, so let's talk about it.
